About Me

I bring over 20 years of experience working in mental health in schools, private practice and community agencies to my work with clients.  I specialize in work with adults, adolescents and children, in healing past traumas and strengthening inner resources through somatic based EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Sand Tray Therapy, emotional regulation and mindfulness. I am passional about supporting folx in the LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent communities and those experiencing chronic health issues.
